Not literally. That's impossible. But with almost twenty five years as a real estate investor and landlord, 20 years as a licensed realtor, and a background performing building inspections to assess environmental safety concerns, I do know real estate in the Northern Virginia area. I'm a native Northern Virginian, familiar with the local region. I attended Thomas Edison High School, the University of Virginia for my undergrad degree, and George Mason University for post graduate work. My years of real estate activity have ensured that I know my Colonials from Cotswolds, Missions from Bungalows.
